The Perfect Fall Day

♥ Good Morning beautiful people ♥

I slept so good last night because I was able to finally sleep with the window opened. EEEK!

Woke up to the smell of fall and the perfect breeze, inspiring me to have a bit of a “pamper” fall themed day today.

I started my day this morning as I typically do; Coffee, Coffee, and more Coffee!

I have been LOVING a cup of coffee with this pumpkin pie spice from Epicure and a little bit of cinnamon. So yummy!

I enjoyed my cup of coffee and went through all my emails. Then I went and took a shower.

While in the shower I diffused this blend of Essential Oils today;

After my shower I did a face mask and used my jade roller. The jade roller is my new favorite beauty tool!

• Helps to reduce puffiness and inflammation in the face due to stagnation of the lymphatic system

It feels like a mini facial massage; a win – win!

When it comes to any face masks really, I stray away from the center of my cheeks. I suffer from a mild case of rosacea, and regardless of the mask I’m using it becomes irritated quite easily. This is just what I find works for me!

If there is any advice that I can give to you it is to always moisturize not only your face BUT your entire body! I love this Young Living Body Butter. It’s been amazing for Summer days when I’m wearing shorts, or any outfit that may be exposing my legs. Because it’s a body butter it gives a nice smooth shine, and smells super yummy!

I also did my self tan today. I love my St Tropez Gradual Tan. Very easy to use, and gives you a bronze finished look!

Eye look of the day:

Urban Decay Basics Palette

• All over lid

• First crease shade

Switched to the ‘A few of my favorite things’ Too Faced Palette

• Next crease shade (deepen the look)

• Used this burgundy shade to deepen the inner crease color, blending over into the outer crease in’windshield’ wiper motions

BLEND! BLEND! BLEND!

• Final shade used to darken the outer crease

• Final color added to the middle lid 

Eyelashes used today are by Ardell

My outfit today is this super comfy chunky knit sweater, with this flower skirt. Comfy, but cute!

The remainder of the day I’m going to spend curled up reading the two books I have on the go currently!

I also wanted to share with you guys my most recent purchase;

I have been searching for a cup that I can use that will actually keep my drinks cold. THIS IS THE WINNER!

It wasn’t overly priced either, I purchased it from Winners!

I’ve been doing a blend of 1/4 of kombucha, 1/4 of lemonade, and then the rest water. With some Lemon, Mint leaves and ice. It stays cold all day, or however long before I drink it all!
